Whether you feel a temporary or chronic unease, or you face new or recurrent difficulties, the reasons for you making an appointment with a therapist can be diverse and varied. According to your expectations and your needs, we will use the most adequate methods.  My goal is to support you the best way I can in order for you to reach your goals.  I can offer you support for different subjects, ranging from but not limited to :

  • Emotion regulation
  • Self-esteem
  • Anxiety – panic attack
  • Work difficulties (stress, burn-out, …)
  • Traumatism
  • Giftedness
  • Attentional deficit disorder, with or without hyperactivity (ADD-H)

You may experience a feeling of unease without knowing how to define it. You may also feel the need to see a therapist without presenting any of the difficulties mentioned above. Regardless of what motivates you, I encourage you to call me in order to explain me in your own words the reasons why you would like to make an appointment with me. I will then be able to tell you if I can help you further with my set of expertise or if another expert is needed.
